Daniel Radcliffe, 25, best know for playing the title role in the Harry Potter film series, is in talks to star in BBC Films' Grand Theft Auto, a true-to-life account of the fight between Sam Hauser, the creator of the Grand Theft Auto video game franchise and Jack Thompson, a Miami lawyer who wanted to ban video game violence according to The Hollywood Reporter. Radcliffe is reportedly being wooed to play Hauser, the co-founder and president of Rockstar Games, the company behind GTA as well as games such as Max Payne and Red Dead. Owen Harris is directing the biopic from a script by James Wood based on David Kushner's book Jacked: The Outlaw Story of Grand Theft Auto. The film is set to shoot later this month, after the role of Jack Thompson is cast.Read more
