A new trailer for "Star Wars: The Last Jedi" is expected to premiere next month and fans are already wondering if the teaser will reveal more details about the highly anticipated sequel. There are speculations that Obi-Wan Kenobi will finally make an appearance as a Force ghost alongside Anakin Skywalker, who is believed to play a small role in "Star Wars 8". But what will be the shocking plot twist in "Episode VIII"? Is it possible that Rey will be seduced by the dark side in the Rian Johnson film?
People are already looking forward to seeing Anakin Skywalker in "Star Wars 8" after Hayden Christensen teased on his possible cameo in the sequel. Although it is possible that the former Jedi will only be heard in the film, that hasn't stopped fans from hoping that Anakin's Force ghost will show up to guide Kylo Ren in "Episode VIII". However, it looks like he will be in great company as new theories suggest that Ewan McGregor's Obi-Wan Kenobi will be a part of "The Last Jedi".
According to Express, there is a possibility that Obi-Wan Kenobi will appear as a Force ghost in "Star Wars 8". This is based on Mike Zeroh's latest theory about the upcoming "The Last Jedi" trailer which reportedly features more voiceovers from old Ben, Anakin Skywalker and Yoda (via YouTube). However, there is no confirmation just yet that any of the deceased Jedi will be more than mere voices Rey or Kylo Ren will hear in "Episode VIII". In the meantime, there is much concern about Rey, who might end up being drawn to the dark side.
CeleBeat has previously reported on speculations that the major plot twist in "Star Wars 8" is the revelation that Luke Skywalker has turned into a Sith Lord. If this is true, there is little doubt that Kylo Ren's uncle will attempt to seduce Rey into the dark side, similar to how Darth Vader had tried to make Luke join him in "The Empire Strikes Back". Find out if childhoods will be completely ruined when "Star Wars: The Last Jedi" premieres on December 15.
