Being stick-thin was a thing in Hollywood back in the days. Now, stars like Nina Dobrev are making a change by putting on some muscles. Even though she never had a problem with her weight before, the “xXx: Return of Xander Cage” star decided to upgrade her look.

The 28-year-old Bulgarian-Canadian actress has been sharing to social media the result of her hard work. Based on her Instagram posts, it is quite evident that the "Never Cry Werewolf" actress' body has significantly changed.

In her recent post on the social media platform, Nina Dobrev proudly flaunted her sexy strong arms with TRX Senior Course Instructor and Reebok Athlete, Lissa Bankston. The duo playfully starred in a reverse shot short clip where they flexed their biceps before splashing into the pool.

“You don't get results by laying out in the sun. You gotta work hard to play hard. Earn that pool break,” the ex of Ian Somerhalder captioned the post.

Meanwhile, Nina Dobrev’s love life first became a public interest after she took her on-screen romance with Ian Somerhalder to off-screen. The “TVD” stars then instantly became Hollywood’s power couple up until their shocking May 2013 split. It was previously reported that the pair broke up because the 38-year-old actor, model, and director was more than ready to settle down with Nina, but the “xXx: Return of Xander Cage” actress was not yet ready to take their relationship to the next level.

Ian Somerhalder is now happily married to "Twilight" actress, Nikki Reed, and they are expecting their first baby together. Nina Dobrev, on the other hand, is still searching for Mr. Right.
