Fans already had a taste of the third season of "Rick and Morty" and everyone has been craving for Szechuan sauce since April. So when exactly will the world be blessed with the rest of the Adult Swim animated series? There are speculations that "Rick and Morty" Season 3 Episode 2 will air in early June. Will "Rickmancing The Stone" premiere on the first Saturday of June right before "Samurai Jack" Season 5?
Adult Swim played the ultimate April Fools' prank this year when the first episode of "Rick and Morty" Season 3 was aired on April 1st. Naturally, fans expected the next episode of the animated series to premiere on the following week. However, it has been more than two months and still no "Rick and Morty" Season 3 Episode. Is the wait finally over? Is "Rickmancing The Stone" scheduled to air this June just ahead of the next episode of "Samurai Jack" Season 5?
There are speculations that the first half of "Rick and Morty" Season 3 is already completed but the cast and crew had struggled to finish the series. Adult Swim has posted a hilarious clip of Justin Roilland trying some Method acting by getting wasted to deliver the lines of the alcoholic Rick for the fourth episode. Not surprisingly, the technique didn't work out too well. Associate producer Sydney Ryan could barely get Roilland to stay on the script as he knocked back shot after shot of tequila. Line producer Mike Mendel kept begging Roilland to get the dialogue right while co-creator Dan Harmon fiddled as the entire session was declared the least productive for the season.
Hopefully, this isn't the case for "Rick and Morty" Season 3 Episode 2. Fans are keeping their fingers crossed on the possibility that "Rickmancing The Stone" will air much sooner than expected, possibly on June 3 at 9 PM, two hours ahead of "Samurai Jack" Season 5's next episode.
