"NCIS" Season 14 spoilers are teasing on the possible departure of another major character from the CBS series. Speaking to TVLine, co-showrunner George Schenck teased that the upcoming finale will feature a "tweak" to the team.
"It gets to a point where there will be a lot of tension," Schenck teased.
The showrunner added that the "NCIS" Season 14 finale will lead to a change in roles for several characters from the team. While Schenck did not share any more details regarding this role changes, many fans are already speculating that a major character may leave the CBS drama in the finale.
There have been rumors that Mark Harmon will be leaving "NCIS" Season 14 following Michael Weatherly's departure in Season 13. Carter Matt also notes that the official synopsis for the finale seemingly hints that there may be a change in Gibbs' role instead.
