There have been several theories about the character Sylvester Stallone will play in "Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2". Most believed that the veteran actor would portray a Nova Corps officer when news of his casting broke last year, but it turns out that his character would be closer to the Marvel comic books. Stallone has recently been confirmed as Stakar Ogord in the highly anticipated Marvel Cinematic Universe sequel. But who could Michael Rosenbaum possibly play if his character is closely affiliated with Starhawk? Has the "Smallville" star been cast as Adam Warlock for "GotGV2" as well as future MCU flicks?
According to ScreenRant, Sylvester Stallone will play Starhawk in "Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2". It has also been revealed that "Marco Polo" actress Michelle Yeoh has been cast as Stakar Ogord's better half Aleta while Ving Rhames from "Pulp Fiction" will appear as Starhawk's companion Charlie-27. However, there is still no confirmation about the role Michael Rosenbaum will take in the MCU sequel. Is Rosenbaum secretly portraying Adam Warlock in "GotGV2"?

There have long been speculations that Michael Rosenbaum will take on the role of Adam Warlock in "Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2". After all, director James Gunn has already stated that Rosenbaum and Sylvester Stallone will play connected characters who will prove to be very important in other MCU movies (via CeleBeat). However, it is important to point out that this is still an unconfirmed theory and should be taken with a grain of salt.
"Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2" will also introduce Pom Klementieff as Mantis, Elizabeth Debicki as Ayesha and Kurt Russell as Ego the Living Planet. Find out if Michael Rosenbaum will be Adam Warlock alongside Sylvester Stallone's Starhawk when the MCU sequel will finally premiere on May 5.
