Following her adversely popularized divorce from Brad Pitt, actress Angelina Jolie has recently placed an offer on the $25 million Cecil B. DeMille estate in Los Angeles' Los Feliz area. This astounding offer allegedly comes right after the Oscar-winning "Maleficent" star has made an offer upon eyeing this 1913 built Beaux Arts mansion. As of writing however, an insider reveals that it's not a done deal yet whether a sale will be finalized.

According to Radio One, it was found that the property is reportedly surrounded with lush greenery and retro chic arched fountains. In terms of the mansion's interiors, the $25 million mansion was said to offer six bedrooms and ten bathrooms which includes huge gardens with a swimming pool. Moreover, apart from being a mile away from his estranged husband Brad Pitt, and if the deal will be pushed through, Angelina Jolie will be expected to live alongside with other Hollywood stars such as Casey Affleck, Natalie Portman and Ellen Pompeo.

Meanwhile, as per New York Post, the mansion will allegedly serve as a post-divorce base for Angelina Jolie and her six children, which could also possibly provide convenience in terms of sharing custody of the kids. Additionally, Angelina Jolie said that she wants to make the 2.1-acre house as her new home, and, as it turns out, the actress has allegedly fell in love with the property upon seeing it for the first time. Furthermore, the estate was also found to have underwent a six-year renovation, which apparently encompasses a total of 11,000 square feet, with the main house measuring at 7,500 square feet.

After going through lots of therapy, Brad and all of the children are said to start anew, enjoying each other's company. Ultimately, it looks like that time is indeed healing all wounds as Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt are both said to be doing so well with co-parenting.
