Aidan Turner 2017: 'Poldark' Season 3 Star Reveals Favorite Ross Demelza Moment, Declares Love For Garrick

There is little doubt that Aidan Turner enjoys working with his "Poldark" Season 3 costar Eleanor Tomlinson. However, there is one moment that happens to be his favorite scene between Ross Poldark and his wife Demelza. In addition to that, the "Poldark" Series 3 actor cleared up speculations that he doesn't like the dog that plays Demelza's beloved Garrick in the BBC series. Turner revealed that he actually loves the rescue dog, who happens to be an unrelenting professional on the set.

Turner revealed several things about his experience while working on Series 3, stating that he actually broke his hand on the set. According to Poldarked, Aidan Turner's favorite moment between Ross and Demelza was what he called "the blue dress scene". This is when the couple had their first kiss in Series 1. Turner admitted that this particular scene was most memorable to him because of "a great energy" on the set when it was filmed. "It felt real," he said of the scene with Eleanor Tomlinson. It looks like Eleanor Tomlinson is not the only one Aidan Turner enjoys working with on the show. The "Poldark" Season 3 actor also spoke out about working with Toby, the rescue dog who portrays Demelza's pup Garrick on the show. "He’s a working dog," Turner said of his furry costar. "When he’s on set he’s working but he’s not terribly affectionate and it kind of annoys me that he’s not." Nevertheless, Turner enjoys working with the little dog, who is now a star in his own right.

Aidan Turner and Eleanor Tomlinson will return in "Poldark" Season 3, which is expected to premiere in June. A fourth season has already been commissioned, confirming that Ross and Demelza's story will not end this year.
