"One Punch Man" Season 2 has reportedly entered production. This is according to a tweet by Ken Xyro, which revealed an image scan of a page in Japanese. Reportedly, the photo confirmed that season 2 of the hit anime is now in the works.

As per a report by Geek, it was announced that "One Punch Man" Season 2 anime would be created during the manga's event at the Wanpan Fall Festival in September 2016. However, no reports followed about how the series is doing. The said announcement just gave hope to anime fanatics that season 2 of their favorite show will surely come out in the future.
But following Xyro's Twitter post, fans were hyped of the news that "One Punch Man" Season 2 production is now ongoing. Though it took several months before the team behind the anime revealed an update, it seems satisfying to know that there's progress. That is evidenced by Xyro's followers on Twitter who expressed excitement about the upcoming season.
However, nothing specific was revealed as to how long viewers should wait before the new season arrives. Additionally, there was no hint about "One Punch Man" Season 2 air date as well.
