Cersei Lannister might seem to be the major villain in "Game of Thrones" Season 7 but there are speculations that Euron Greyjoy will be the one who will bring in the bloodshed in the HBO series. Some believe that the King of the Iron Islands will attack Daenerys Targaryen as she journeys to Westeros. But is it possible that Euron will manage to steal away one of Dany's beloved dragons by the end of the seventh season?
Euron Greyjoy had finally made his debut in the sixth season, where he killed his own brother Balon to claim the Salt Throne. Once he was crowned king, he immediately ordered the death of Yara and Theon Greyjoy although they were able to escape with the best ships of the Iron Fleet. There is little doubt that Euron will go after his nephew and niece, but what does he have planned for Daenerys Targaryen in "Game of Thrones" Season 7? It is possible that the King of the Iron Islands is no longer interested in marrying Dany; this time, he could be aiming to get a dragon of his own.
Pilou Asbaek recently spoke to MTV about his new film "Ghost In The Shell". The "Game of Thrones" Season 7 star also offered a small teaser to what fans can expect from Euron Greyjoy when the show returns to HBO. According to Asbaek, Euron will be causing plenty of trouble as soon as the series airs this July. Could this mean that Daenerys will have to deal with the King of the Iron Islands as early as the premiere episode? Will Euron's attack lead to Dany losing one of her beloved dragons?
It is still unclear whether Euron Greyjoy will be taking a dragon away from Daenerys Targaryen, but the character is expected to play a major role in the series. Find out if Euron can defeat Dany in "Game of Thrones" Season 7, which airs on HBO on July 16 (via YouTube).
