The stars of "Outlander" Season 3 are finally in South Africa to resume filming new episodes, but it looks like Caitriona Balfe is already missing Sam Heughan on the set. The "Money Monster" actress has been asking her costar to return to their new set as soon as possible. Does this mean that Claire and Jamie Fraser will not be seeing much of each other when the show returns to Starz this September?
Celebeat has previously reported on Caitriona Balfe and Sam Heughan's appearance at the Emerald City Comic-Con earlier this month. The "Outlander" Season 3 stars had shared a few spoilers about the upcoming season and revealed that they will be flying to South Africa the very next day. However, it looks like Claire and Jamie will not be together much on their new set. Balfe has just called Heughan out for not being at work for the past few days.
Sam Heughan has recently tweeted about working out in preparation for his new action scenes in "Outlander" Season 3. The actor tagged Roark Gym and Gym Jones, but wasn't able to mention his costar Caitriona Balfe. However, it didn't take long for the real Claire Fraser to react to the post.
.@RoarkGyms cheers boys!! Going to be a fun sweaty few months! @gymjones pic.twitter.com/BBNRO6Acpd

Caitriona Balfe immediately reacted to Sam Heughan's post on Twitter, joking that her "Outlander" Season 3 costar should leave the gym and resume working on the series. Fans believe that the actress might be missing Heughan in the new South Africa set, especially since it is possible that Claire and Jamie will spend some time apart in the new season.
Hey @SamHeughan ... fancy getting out of the gym and back to work ???? #slacker https://t.co/gqiuBTZpwL — Caitriona Balfe (@caitrionambalfe) March 17, 2017
The "Outlander" Season 3 air date has not yet been announced. However, fans can expect to see Caitriona Balfe reunited with Sam Heughan when the show returns on Starz this September.
