"Prison Break" season 5 has not premiered yet but demands for more seasons of the show have been making its rounds on the Internet. Fox initially revealed that "Prison Break" Season 5 will hit the small screen soon but it will only have nine episodes. Wentworth Miller has already expressed his willingness to have more episodes, and now the TV network revealed that the actor's hope may actually happen.
Wentworth Miler (Michael Scofield) has previously asked fans to not lose hope for more "Prison Break" Season 5 episodes, as reported by Digital Spy. This specific request revealed that the 44-year-old actor, model and producer is still not ready to let go of the show and his famous character. His feelings were expectedly echoed by the fans.
Fox may have not confirmed nor denied yet that there will be more episodes or seasons of "Prison Break," but their recent tweet sounded like they are also hoping to extend the life of the show. "All unfounded aspersions against Lost aside... We wrote a conclusion, but with room for more if we get the chance," the post read.
Fans were definitely happy and excited after realizing that Michael Scofield is still alive and there is another season for the hit Fox serial drama series. Unfortunately, "Prison Break" Season 5 was created to make a final closure to the whole story of the beloved show. Meaning, "Prison Break" Season 5 is not another beginning for the series but it is the last and final installment of "Prison Break."
Fans may have felt confused with the news as they were happy to know that "Prison Break" will be back on air soon, but at the same time they are saddened to realize that this is really the last for the series. Or is it? In the meantime, catch Wentworth Miller as Michael Scofield again in "Prison Break" Season 5 when it premieres on April 4, 2017.
