Scarlett Johansson 2017: 'Ghost In The Shell' Star Stuns In First Major Red Carpet Appearance Following Romain Dauriac Split [PHOTOS]

Scarlett Johansson might still be nursing a broken heart, but the "Ghost In The Shell" actress showed no sign of it at the 2017 Oscars. It has only been a few weeks since Ryan Reynolds' ex split up with husband Romain Dauriac yet Johansson appeared to be back in top sassy form. The star of "Avengers: Infinity War" stepped out on the red carpet for the first time since the breakup and even joked around with Ryan Seacrest.

US Weekly has previously reported that Scarlett Johansson decided to split up with Romain Dauriac after being married for two years. The "Ghost in the Shell" star and the French journalist were confirmed to be a couple back in 2012 before announcing their engagement the following year. Although it is possible that Johansson might still be affected by the separation, the "Avengers: Infinity War" actress made no evidence of her broken heart. Instead, she took her agent Joe Machota to the 2017 Oscars and offered some insight on how she how much practice it takes to wear high-heeled shoes.

Ryan Seacrest posed the shoe question to Scarlett Johansson as she made her way down the red carpet at the 2017 Oscars (via US Weekly). The inquiry had made the "Sing" voice talent laugh out loud and say that it was "a ridiculous question." Nevertheless, she admitted that although the heels were gorgeous, she has no interest in wearing them for "two days in a row." The real Black Widow stated, "They're definitely not Converse."

All the practice walking around in high heels certainly paid off for Scarlett Johansson. The 32-year-old actress was stunning in her printed pink-and-purple Alaia gown that she wore with Fred Leighton jewelry (via Twitter). Johansson will appear in "Ghost in the Shell", which is scheduled for release on March 31.
