Abby Lee Miller, has always pitted Chloe Lukasiak and Maddie Ziegler against each other to secure a win in every solo competition that they joined. Many believed that the "Dance Moms" terror dance teacher has started the rivalry between the two friends. Now, Chloe Lukasiak revealed the status of her friendship with former castmate, Maddie Ziegler.
Chloe Lukasiak and Maddie Ziegler have always been the dream duo of the Abby Lee Dance Company (ALDC) Junior Elite Competition team. But when it comes to solos, Abby Lee Miller, most of the time pit them against each other and favored Maddie Ziegler over Chloe Lukasiak. Did the 50-year-old dance instructor, choreographer, and director's unfair treatment affect the two young stars' friendship?
"We're not as close as we used to be, but that's just kind of what happens, unfortunately," Chloe Lukasiak shared to Teen Vogue. Although it's easy to conclude that this is all because of their rivalry on the show, the former "Dance Moms" star revelation had nothing to do with the past at all. As it turns out, it was their busy schedules that played a big role in their falling out.
While many may think that the rift in the pair's friendship was a result of Abby Lee Miller's treatment, the "Dance Moms" season 7 star noted that it was actually their busy schedules that played a big role in their falling out. "It’s just hard to stay close when you’re traveling all over the world," Chloe Lukasiak shared with the site.
Many have been aiming their anger at Maddie Ziegler for being Abby Lee Miller favorite. While the 14-year-old dancer, actress and model echoed her rival's revelation, the "Ballerina" star has previously shared that she missed her old friend. “We haven’t really talked to each other and things have changed between us...it’s really sad because I obviously miss her,” she said in one of the "Dance Moms" episodes, as reported by Inquisitr.
