Kylie Jenner Purchases $2.7M Home!

Kylie Jenner purchased her first home in February, and on the May 3 episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians, the 17-year-old wonders if she may have made a very big, very costly mistake. In a sneak preview clip, the youngest Jenner sister gets schooled by Kim and Khloe Kardashian on the ins and outs of being a homeowner -- and doesn't take the news very well.

"I cannot believe you don't know this," Kim, 34, says, as she and Khloe, 30, rattle off the must-haves for homeowners in their Calabasas, Calif., gated community. Agrees Khloe: "You need to take notes. You need fire and flood insurance -- I had a flood and my whole pool room was flooded when I came home -- and you need rattlesnake fencing for your dogs."

Business-minded Kim also suggests that her sister start saving her pennies to fork over Homeowners' Association monthly fees. "They could be a thousand bucks a month," Kim warns a shocked Kylie.

Kylie, who purchased a $2.7 million in the same gated community where Khloe and Kourtney Kardashian live, isn't necessarily optimistic that she'll be able to keep her to-do list straight. "Kim and Khloe have made me aware that it's a little tough to own a home. I really hope I'm not in over my head," the teen says.

The 4,900-square-foot property features a pool, an outdoor grilling area, home theater, and massive marble kitchen. Following renovations with the help of mom Kris Jenner, Kylie intends to move in after her 18th birthday in August.

Keeping Up With the Kardashians airs Sunday at 9 p.m. on E!
