Though Suits season 5 has yet to dish out any major announcements, the major twist at the end of season four with Mike proposing to Rachel and Harvey and Donna well on their way to splitting up has left us clamoring for more as well as leaving us shivering with anticipation on what will happen next.
According to a report by International Business Times, Aaron Korsh, the mind behind Suits, took to Twitter to announce that the possible premiere date for the series' season five will be on June however he also adds that this is just his speculation and is not an official announcement yet. But on a lighter note, he did add that he was working on the first episode for season 5 while Anton Cropper was set to direct it. When asked on how the episodes will play our, Krosh replied with, "There's some fun and funny. It's still #Suits for gods sake," International Business Times quotes.
Design and Trend also reports that TVLine has mentioned about new casting information for the show. The description called for an actress in her late 30s up to early 60s and will be set to play Harvey's new yet up-tight psychiatrist. This clue alone already hints on development on Harvey's side though some viewers may not be surprised seeing that the corporate lawyer is having problems validating what his real feelings towards Donna are. In addition to that, Korsh hints that Mike and Rachel will be hitting bottom low in their relationship which may then not lead them to the altar. Design and Trend quotes, "You know, sometimes you get engaged, and it takes a year to plan a wedding and then you have a wedding. So I don't think every [Season 5] episode is going to be about their nuptials," he said. "but it does exist. We don't ignore it."
