With the current season of Arrow reaching its conclusion, fans are now wondering what will be in store for them in the upcoming season four. Apparently, the show's very own David Ramsey has got them covered.
Ramsey shares in an interview with E! Online that despite the lack of attention of the series towards H.I.V.E, season four will remedy that. "From my understanding, H.I.V.E. is going to be a big part of next season's big baddie. We are going to delve right into why H.I.V.E. hired Deadshot to kill Andy and what H.I.V.E. is all about to begin with. There will be a lot of Diggle's connection to H.I.V.E. next season so stay tuned," quotes Mstarz. Ramsey plays the role of John Diggle in the show.
For those who have been hiding under a rock, H.I.V.E, better known as Hierarchy of International Vengeance and Extermination, and Holistic Integration for Viral Equality, is an organization who was responsible for sending Deadshot to kill Andy, Diggle's brother. It is to note that in the comics, H.I.V.E is also connected to several other DC villains which may then open to more doors if ever it is incorporated into the television series.
In other news, the Arrow and Flash circles have been buzzing with the latest news about the planned Arrow/Flash crossover spin-off. According to executive producers Stephen Amell and Andrew Kreisberg there is a possibility that characters from both series will make appearances in the planned show while still making appearances on their respective shows. Kreisberg shares during the Flash WonderCon panel that they will be taking advantage of connecting the TV DC universe while at the same time expanding them.
Design and Trend quotes Amell from his panel in Fan Expo Canada, "I would imagine that I will be appearing on all three shows. I would imagine that we will be sprinkling characters in. I know that there's a plan for one character who originated on 'Arrow' and is not one of the main characters on the new spinoff to sort of hover between all three shows and that will be their job, so to speak. So you'll see a lot of interconnectivity [if the show gets pick up] next year."
