Old Characters Return to 'Arrow'

After shocking several fans with Felicity being at the receiving end of Maseo's arrow, fans can let out a sigh of relief as it is good to know that it will take more than that to take down the up and bubbly heroine of the series. But in light of that, Arrow will be seeing a former cast member return in its latest episode "Public Enemy".

Yes, you read that right. Donna Smaok is back in Starling City to take good care of her baby. This is further confirmed by Emily Bett Rickards. "Mom comes back to town to take care of her baby because she hears something is wrong and she wants to help her baby out." Rickards confirms in an interview with Entertainment Weekly as quoted by the Inquisitr.

According to the Inquisitr, Smoak is in town not because of Felicity's well-being but for someone else. This person is notably injured right after the attack on the mayor's office. According to some photos leaked it would seem that it is Ray who gets injured from the ordeal. Just a bit of a recap, Ray went to the Mayor to explain that Arrow may have been framed. In addition to that, the visit may result into a mother/daughter reunion but it will not, by any means, reveal anything about Felicity's missing father. Also Captain Lance and the SCPD have all turned their backs on Arrow and his friends where he also adds a "shoot to kill" order. Looks like this season's upcoming episode will be interesting. Aside from that it would seem that there will also be a kidnapping by Ra al Ghul.
