Kim Kardashian decided not to go to the Oscars or any of the many after parties on Sunday because she has no one to baby sit North, and because she wanted to wanted to stay home and practice the playing piano according to US Weekly.
As gathered by the entertainment news site, Kim told her 29 million Twitter followers that she has no one at the moment to look after her little baby girl. She tweeted: "I have no one to watch North so we're watching together in our pi's! Next year for sure!"
Besides that, she has another reason for wanting to stay home that Sunday night. She told her Twitter followers: "Just finished my piano lesson in time to watch the Oscars' red carpet!!!"; "I'm going to surprise Kanye by learning one of his songs!"; and, "He's hardly on social media so he won't know I'm tweeting this lol."
Kim also tweeted about how proud she was watching younger sister Khloe in her strapless red gown with knee-high split covering the fashion scene for E!'s Live From The Red Carpet show. She wrote: "Love watching @khloekardashian talking fashion on E's red carpet footage! KoKo looks so pretty!!!!"
Barely a day has passed when Kim, daughter North, sister Khloe, along with half-sister Kylie Jenner, had a moment of sorts. On Saturday, while on their way back from a skiing trip in Montana, the four with Khloe on the steering wheel, they were hit on the windshield by snow kicked up by a passing semi-truck. Blinded, Khloe swerved right into a patch of black ice. The car spun out of control, crossed onto oncoming traffic and ended up in a ditch. Fortunately, no one was hurt. But it must nevertheless have been a very harrowing experience for the family. Kim shared an Instagram pic of the snow-covered road where the accident happened, captioned: "Thank you God for watching over us and keeping us safe."
