Beck has been all over the news since the Grammy Awards a few weeks back. In a surprise to everyone, the 'Loser' singer took home the Grammy for Album of the Year for his 2014 album Morning Phase.
The drama surrounding his win is what really had everyone talking though. Kanye West faked like he was going to cut off Beck during his acceptance speech (a la Taylor Swift). West didn't interupt, but put all joking aside after the show when he claimed that 'Beck should give the Award to Beyonce'.
The buzz seems to have motivated Beck however to give his fans in the U.S. more chances to see him live. He has added more tour dates for this coming May. The dates include stops at the Hangout and Boston Calling music festivals; see the full dates below.
Beck 2015 Tour Dates:
05-15-17 Gulf Shores, AL - Hangout Music Festival
05-16 Memphis, TN - Mud Island Amphitheater
05-19 North Charleston, SC - North Charleston Performing Arts Center
05-20 Charlottesville, VA - nTelos Wireless Pavilion

Two of Beck's most popular and acclaimed recordings are Odelay and Sea Change, both of which were ranked on Rolling Stone ' s list of the 500 greatest albums of all time. The four-time platinum artist has collaborated with several artists and has made several contributions to soundtracks. Beck is married to actress Marissa Ribisi.
Make sure you get out to see Beck at one of his 2015 shows. He is an extremely talented artist and puts on a great live show.
