Reportedly, the show based on the Legend of Zelda will be premiered for its curious fans across the globe. Rumors are that Netflix is describing the upcoming show as the family version of the Games of Thrones television series since the part related to sorcery and sword art will be kept a little light. The plot of the show is expected to be similar to the plot of the game series where Link is supposed to save the world of Hyrule along with Princess Zelda. However, the plot has not been finalized as yet and official announcement from Nintendo is still awaited.

Earlier in 1989, an animated series based on the Legend of Zelda premiered with 13 episodes. However, it never took the form of a full fledged television series. Even though the speculations about the live streaming show has bought a smile on the faces of Legend of Zelda game lovers, Nintendo has not yet confirmed any of the reported rumors. Looks like the curious audience will have to wait until any official announcement is made by the game developers.
