The wait is finally over. The grand finale of the popular American game show, Celebrity Apprentice will be premiered next week in a live event. Undoubtedly, this season has been one of the most interesting one because of the feuds, shocking moments, and other disputes in the show. Next week, the finalists, Geraldo Rivera and Leeza Gibbons will compete against each other as they take up the last challenge to win a grand charity prize of $25,000.
The reality show featured 16 contestants in this season, including Jamie Anderson, Kevin Jonas, Shawn Johnson, Ian Ziering, Vivica A. Fox, Terrell Owens, and Kenya Moore. According to the sources, Rivera and Gibbons will stand up against each other to create a commercial presentation for the famous Universal Studios. Post creation of the presentation, they will be required to meet Donal Trump, the show host, a businessman, and a real estate magnate in a boardroom, before he decides the winner.
Rivera, who is believed to have instigated several feuds in the show, is playing for the charity Life's WORC. The charity houses individuals with developmental disabilities. On the other hand, equally talented Gibbons is supporting her personal organization called Leeza's Care Connection. After losing her mother to Alzheimer about a year ago, Gibbons decided to tell her story by setting an organization for patients with Alzheimer's disease. Both the finalists have reportedly raised a good amount of money on the show to support them in their cause.
The Celebrity Apprentice is a spin-off of the TV series, The Apprentice. The current season of The Celebrity Apprentice premiered on January 4, 2015, even though it was filmed over a year ago. Because of the long gap between filming and official premiere, numerous spoilers have been released for the show.
