It wasn't too long ago that Star Wars 7's trailer was released in November 2014 where it somewhat did not meet the high expectations that some fans set for the film. However, they may change their minds once the upcoming full-length trailer will come in full swing.
According to a report by International Business Times, the new Star Wars 7 trailer will be feature actors from the original trilogy namely Carrie Fisher, Mark Hamill and Harrison Ford. The actors will be reprising their respective roles of Princess Leia, Luke Skywalker and Han Solo. There is also a possibility that other characters such as C-3PO played by Anthony Daniels, Chewbacca played by Peter Mayhew and R2-D2 by Kenny Baker will also be making their own comebacks.
This is a major breakthrough as news and leaks regarding the highly anticipated Star Wars VII: The Force Awakens film has been highly kept under wraps. Despite that, there have been several reports on rumors regarding on what may happen on the sequel. Some of these rumors included a counter-attack lead by the Rebels, the construction of the Death Star v3.0 and something about the Empire's Inquisitors. Crossmap further reports that these Inquisitors may round out people who are sensitive to the presence of the Force while there may be a distant planet that holds a weapon called "The Mirror" which has the ability to detect any Jedi presence in the universe and in order to destroy it, the planet which holds it must be destroyed.
Crossmap also adds that there are rumors saying that Princess Leia is the new Republic Leader and that there will be two more Star Wars films after The Force Awakens.
The release date of the film's new trailer will be out on May 2015 together with Avengers: Age of Ultron.
Star Wars: Episode VII is set to release to theaters on December 18, 2015.
