In what came as a big shock to a number of LG fans, speculations are there that the upcoming LG cell phone, the G4, will sport a smaller display screen than its predecessor, the G3. However, it could be a rumor very easily, as eyeing the competition of today; no one buys a smaller screen phone unless and until of course, it's an iPhone.
The LG G4 is all set to be revealed at the upcoming Mobile World Congress 2015 (MWC 2015) in March or in May however official affirmation is still awaited. As indicated by a report by Stuff, there are conceivable possibilities of LG launching its cutting edge cell phone, G4 with a screen a little smaller than its previous version, the G3. It will be having a 5.3-inch Quad HD display contrasted with the 5.5-inch seen in the G3 model. The site also included that the gadget could have specs like 3GB RAM, Snapdragon 810 processor, and 16mp camera.
There are clashing accounts however for the specs of the LG G4 on the website Phone Arena saying that the new LG model with model number LG-H810, which could be the G4 for AT&T, has been uncovered in a leaked document. And that document clearly says that the specs for the new LG model will sport features like Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 processor, 1440 x 2560 screen size, 5312×2988 picture resolution and 3GB RAM.
It seems that we will have to wait and watch what LG has in mind and if they are actually thinking about taking a huge risk and launching a phone with a smaller screen; would buyers get what they were expecting or not; will the smaller screen be adjusted with other high definition features; all these questions will answered at the MWC.
