‘The Originals’ CW Season 2 Episode 13 Will Have Joseph Morgan’s Klause Trying to Stop Phoebe Tonkin’s Hayley From Taking a Drug That Could Expose Their Secret & Put Their Daughter at Risk

The CW hit show The Originals Season 2, 12th episode airs Monday, February 2, at its regular 8:00 PM-9:00 pm time slot and is titled "Sanctuary." Directed by Matt Hastings from a script written by Declan de Barra and Michael Narducci, it will continue from last week's show with Klaus Mikaelson (Joseph Morgan) still desperately trying to keep his daughter's existence a secret.

Klause will be seen searching for Hayley (Phoebe Tonkin) who's about to undergo a mystical mating ritual with Jackson (Nathan Parsons) to save their pack that will involve smoking the root of a plant that's known to have the effect of a truth serum. The original hybrid vampire-werewolf has to stop her before she loses self-control and tells Jackson or anyone about the existence of their daughter Hope. However, before he could reach her, he's stopped by Jackson's grandmother Mary (guest star Debra Mooney).

Elsewhere, Vincent (guest star Yusuf Gatewood) remains determined to uncover the secret he knows Klaus is hiding and sets his eyes on Marcel (Charles Michael Davis) for answers. However, when Davina (Danielle Campbell) discovers that Marcel and Josh (guest star Steven Kruger) are in danger, she enlists the help of Kaleb (guest star Daniel Sharman) and Aiden (guest star Colin Woodell) to try and rescue them.

And still elsewhere, Rebekah in her new body (guest star Maisie Richardson-Sellers), after a series of strange encounters, will become intrigued by a mysterious girl who has recently arrived to the insane asylum, where she remained trapped since episode 10.
