iPhone 7 Latest News, Specs, Features and Release Date: Is Samsung Going to Manufacture the A9 Processor?

Rumors are brewing that tech giants and arch enemies Apple and Samsung might have to work together in spite of their distain for each other.

For its new iPhone, Apple wants to use the A9 processor and is currently designing it as an in house project but needs someone to get it manufactured. This is where Samsung come join up to help to manufacture it. After jokingly pointing out that Samsung blindly copies Apple's designs in its handsets, this news is a shock in itself.

As for the specs of the soon to be announced iPhone 7, its screen will be 4.7 inches long and the design will be almost same as that of iPhone 6, with minor external changes on the board.

Since the new handset will be much thinner, Apple is thinking to increase the battery life by a large margin, it might be 35 percent greater than the battery life of iPhone 6.

With new features like HomeKit and HealthKit, iPhone 7 will have iOS8 and many new features also. In addition to this, the phone will be available in black, white, silver and gold colors. But there are talks about introducing a metallic red color for iPhone 7.

The camera specs will be same as iPhone 6. The processor will be much faster as they are introducing a new processor altogether, from A8 to A9. Speed boost is in order for the new iPhone.

The formal date of its release is yet to be announced but expect it to be this year.
