"It's a new chapter for me and I'm just excited about it," the singer shared. She then explained that the Vegas show was inspired by her hits compilation, #1's, which will be updated with all 18 of her chart-toppers this year.
The tickets are currently on sale now for her show which is called "Mariah Carey's #1's" at Caesars Palace.
The residency officially kicks off on Wednesday, May 6th, with shows scheduled for Saturdays, Sundays and Wednesdays throughout May. She will take June off and return for a run in July that starts on the 8th and wraps up on the 26th.
