American Idol News: Judges Keith Urban and J. Lo teases upcoming season

Keith Urban is set to return as a judge in the highly-acclaimed reality show, American Idol season 14. Fellow judges Jennifer Lopez and Harry Connick Jr and host Ryan Seacrest will be back this January 7 at 8PM on FOX.

"I love working with Jen, Harry and Ryan. It feels like family in a really good way," said Urban, according to a report by MyFoxNY.

When season 14 kicks off later this month, a new batch of singers will get a chance at stardom. This time, however, the talent is through the roof.

"We've got a lot of artists this year. It's the gold standard for artists coming in who want a long term career," said Urban.

On the other hand, J.Lo, who has a high and low 2014, high being the launch of her new album and low being her separation from dancer Casper Smart, also teases fans of the show with two sultry-behind-the-scenes looks.

The first shot was her sitting in a director's chair with her name behind her back while being hair-styled. She is seen wearing a patterned skirt, a blouse and sky high glittery pumps as she sits in front of a mirror. The 45-year-old singer and actress captioned the Instagram snap as: "#BTS @americanidol. New season XIV premieres January 7 & 8. #tunein #idol."

In the next shot the Dance Again looker is facing the camera dead on with a serious expression. The Booty hit maker is dressed in a black-and-white mini dress that is buttoned up to the top with a bow.
