Meanwhile, blockbuster king Tom Cruise is in for a custody battle over Suri, his daughter with ex-wife Katie Holmes. The former couple was featured in the new edition of In Touch Weekly. Holmes and Cruise married in 2006 and divorced 6 years after due to Cruise's affiliations with the Church of Scientology. It was reported that the 36-year-old actress fears that Cruise might abduct Suri and that the cult-like church would retaliate against her because she was labeled a "suppressive person".
A source told the magazine, "Katie's been trying to give Suri a different type of life since she and Tom divorced." Cruise is busy filming movies outside the US and the source added, "Tom's return after a prolonged absence will spark a fight over their daughter."
