"Dancing with the Stars" Season 19 wrapped up a few weeks back (Nov 25) in Los Angeles with Alfonso Ribeiro and Witney Carson winning the Mirrorball trophy against other finals Sadie Robertson/Mark Ballas and Janel Parrish/Val Chmerkovskiy.
This week, original judge Len Goodman has announced that next season, Season 20, would be his last on "Dancing with the Stars".
The 70-year-old dancing expert is also a judge on the UK's Strictly Come Dancing and spoke to Digital Spy on wanting to cut down on his travel time at this point in his life.
"Next year, I'm not going to do the flying backwards and forwards - I'm not going to do the American show... I've got to have a bit of time off," Len said. "I've got my wife, I've got my son, my mother is still alive and she's in hospital - I've had virtually no time to go and visit her.
"So, I just need a bit of time off to get on with a normal life. And it was either Strictly went or the American one went or the tour went... I'm doing the spring one when I go out there... and that's going to be my last one," he added.
Julianne Hough joined the judging panel this past season to sit with Goodman, Carrie Ann Inaba and Bruno Tonioli. The chemistry seemed to be great between the four judges.
ABC is set to air the 10th anniversary season of "Dancing with the Stars" kicking off in March 2015.
Goodman is a long-time professional ballroom dancer and also runs a ballroom dance school in Dartford, Kent (United Kingdom).
