Lady Gaga and Tony Bennett stopped by "Good Morning America" to speak with Robin Roberts about their new album Cheek to Cheek. The two artists spoke glowingly of each other and shared about their upcoming sold out performances for 2015. You can check out the interview clip above.

"See you on @GMA in about an hr! Lemmie see if I can find Tony around here," Gaga tweeted. "Found my Tony! He was by the coffee machine! Make that a double."

The new jazz album, Cheek to Cheek, released on September 23rd from Streamline/Interscope/RPM/Columbia went straight to No. 1 on the Billboard 200 with 131,000 copies sold in the week ending Sept. 28, according to Nielsen SoundScan. It also hit No. 1 on both the Jazz Albums and Traditional Jazz Albums charts.

Bennett, 88, is the oldest living act to earn a No. 1 album, beating a record he set himself back in 2011.

Lady Gaga had been quietly recording in New York city earlier this year on a jazz standards album with one of her musical heros, Tony Bennett.

Bennett, 87, gushed about Gaga on "Today" when the album was announced this Summer. "She sings so wonderful and she's actually really a great jazz singer," Bennett said. "She improvises every time we do a song. We do it over and over and it's different every time."

"Since I was 13, I've been singing jazz and I sang "Orange Colored Sky" in this event that we did together to raise money for the impoverished people of New York City," Gaga said of the song made popular by Nat King Cole. "He heard me sing the song and he said 'I love it. You singing jazz. You want to do an album together?' And I said, 'Of course!' "

This isn't the first time Bennett has worked with a younger pop singer, he was working with Amy Winehouse when she tragically passed away. Lady Gaga isn't known for jazz music by many, but she grew up singing jazz classics before she came to international pop stardom.
