Celebrity moms: Looking every inch a Duchess, Kate Middleton concealed her baby bump in a beautiful red dress as she launched the East Anglia's Children's Hospices (EACH)'s latest charity event at the Norfolk Showground in Norwich, England.

She may be four months pregnant, but Middleton looked slim as ever in her elegant Katherine Hooker dress as she was welcomed by parents, children, and volunteers of EACH's current children's hospices. The Duchess of Cambridge launched the charity's new appeal to raise £10 million ($16 million) to build a new hospice in the area.

Middleton has supported EACH since 2012.

The Duchess said it was an honor to be a part of this worthy cause.

 "I greatly admire the dedication, generosity and achievements of the charity's supporters and volunteers, and look forward to seeing the progress of this campaign," she addressed the audience.

The event is one of her recent public appearances, following a long hiatus due to a serious case of morning sickness.  The fully recovered mother of one is back on duty. Her next engagement is an official trip to New York with her husband Prince William.
