After announcing to fans she lost 36 pounds since giving birth to her son, Lincoln, over a year ago, the Teen Mom 2 star showed off her fit post-baby body at the farm-themed celebration for her youngest son's birthday.

As Celebeat previously reported, Lowry recently tweeted of her weight loss results to fans. "I've lost 36 lbs since the day Lincoln was born. 25 lbs to go!" she wrote.

After marrying Javi Marroquin in Sept. 2012 in a courthouse ceremony, she and her husband said their vows for a second time at the Adventure Aquarium in Camden, New Jersey. One month later, their first son, Lincoln Marshall Marroquin, arrived (Lowry also has an older son, Isaac, with ex-boyfriend Jo Rivera).

Lowry and Marroquin currently live in Delaware, where Marrouin is stationed in the Air Force.
