Although the pair haven't yet gotten through McDermott's affair with Emily Goodhand, the father of four claimed in a new interview that he and his actress wife may soon add to their family.

"Barring Tori's health ... the shop's not closed, as crazy as that may sound," McDermott explained, according to a Nov. 5 report by The Stir. "We love our kids, we make beautiful babies, and we love a big family so not going to say no, not going to say yes."

In the trailer for the currently airing second season of True Tori, Spelling told the cameras that she could be pregnant, and while that doesn't appear to have been the case, a pregnancy could be coming sooner rather than later.

However, if McDermott and Spelling do decide to have a fifth child, McDermott said they will wait until Spelling's health is more stable.

As Us Weekly reported, Spelling was hospitalized last month, as filming continued on her Lifetime reality show's second season. While receiving care, Spelling shared a handful of photos with her fans online, and caused some controversy when she hinted that someone wasn't there for her as she went through her medical ordeal.

"She's on the mend. She's not 100 percent. She was taken down by bronchitis, sinusitis and pneumonia, so she really got a one-two punch. It knocked her down pretty hard, so she's, you know, trying her best. And all the kids are great. They're thrilled to have her home, so that's what's really important -- having her home and getting her back to perfect health.
