The cast of Vanderpump Rules attended Saturday's Aids Walk in West Hollywood, Calif.

'Vanderpump Rules' Season Three Premieres On Bravo "Soon"

Lisa Vanderpump, star of the Bravo series and owner of three Los Angeles restaurants, led the walk alongside her husband Ken Todd. Beforehand, she tweeted about the cause.

"Tomorrow I will be leading AIDS walk L.A," Vanderpump wrote on Oct. 11, prior to opening the event. "We walked last year and it is loooooong, but your support is imperative. 36,000,000 victims so far. Every year millions more infected. We need to draw attention in memory of those...education is what is needed."

Walking with Vanderpump and Todd were several cast members of Vanderpump Rules, including Scheana Marie, Mike Shay, Katie Maloney and Tom Schwartz.
