Bethenny Frankel may not be coming back to The Real Housewives of New York City after all.
Bravo Offered Bethenny Frankel Over $1 Million To Return To 'RHONY'
According to a new report, the Skinnygirl mogul was set for a Bravo return -- until she discovered her former nemesis, Jill Zarin, may be on board for season seven, as well.
“Bethenny hasn’t signed a deal with Bravo or the production company for Real Housewives of New York because she is refusing to come back if arch-enemy Jill Zarin returns,” an insider told Radar Online on Oct. 10. “For Bethenny to return to the show, she wants to move forward. Having Jill come back would just create more false drama in an attempt to recreate the past.”
Bethenny Frankel Confirms Projects With Andy Cohen
Last month, after Frankel confirmed she and Real Housewives creator Andy Cohen were working on a few television projects together, word hit the web, claiming she had been offered $1.5 million to return to the show.
Frankel was one of the original housewives and starred on the series for three seasons. After she left, Frankel continued to work with Bravo, starring in Bethenny Getting Married? and Bethenny Ever After.
As for Frankel's refusal to return with Zarin on board, Radar's source claimed Bravo wasn't ready to give in.
“They don’t want to rule out anyone ever returning to the show," the source explained. "Bravo knows a Bethenny and Jill reunion would be ratings gold, and don’t appear to be caving in to her demands.”
