After Evans' boyfriend's mom, Doris Jean Hewlett-Davidson, shared a photo of four-month-old Kaiser on her Facebook page, Teen Mom 2 fans noticed he was sporting what appeared to be a bruise over his left eye. In response, they called Child Protective Services more than 50 times.

"U guys r seriously accusing me of giving Kai a black eye?! Wtf is wrong with all if u. CALL CPS. I dare u, idiots," Evans told fans after being approached on Twitter. Then, after being notified they had done just that, she said, "They called CPS 50 times already."

Evans and Nathan Griffith welcomed son Kaiser at the end of June, one year after the couple began dating. Although Evans has been criticised in the past for her allegedly bad parenting, she has taken huge strides in recent months.

While Evans didn't see much of her son during her past relationships with Kieffer Delp and Courtland Rogers, she has settled down with Griffith and now sees four-year-old Jace every weekend.

Following the allegations of having bruised her son's eye, Evans received a phone call from Child Protective Services. However, the reality star is not currently in any trouble, nor has any investigation into possible child abuse been launched.

"I've spoke with CPS everything is perfectly fine," she told fans.

Evans and Griffith recently wrapped the fifth season of Teen Mom 2 on MTV. A sixth season has yet to be confirmed. That said, there have been reports that the cast will return for another installment.
