In a new report, one doctor claims the "Shake It Off" singer may have gone under the knife for a nose job.

"Taylor Swift's nose looks much thinner and more refined than it did when she was younger. It looks like she had rhinoplasty, which is the plastic surgery that celebrities have had the most," Dr. Anthony Youn of Youn Plastic Surgery told Radar Online on Oct. 2.

Dr. Youn didn't treat Swift, but he seems pretty certain.

"I suspect that a plastic surgeon did a very subtle nose job, making it look as good as it does," he said.

The 24-year-old singer strives off her wholesome image, which targets the younger demographic of which her fan base is mostly comprised. This, however, runs completely congruent to her likeness.

Swift representatives never confirmed she had any work done, but this isn't the first time speculation swirled over possible plastic surgery. Her breasts were noticeably larger at last year's People's Choice Awards.

Again, there was no official confirmation from the Swift camp.

On one hand, the country-turned-pop crooner did lose a significant amount of weight during her time in the limelight, and that may have contributed to her new look. On the other hand, one's nose does not magically reshape, and one's breasts do not magically inflate.
