Four years after saying good-bye to The Hills, Montag and Pratt will be taking the world inside their private lives once again. This time, the pair will be appearing on Marriage Boot Camp, a series which aims to help couples through their marriage issues. On the show, Montag and Pratt will discuss their ongoing tension over starting a family.
"Heidi desperately wants [kids] now, while Spencer is more interested in going out and having fun," the network said in an Oct. 2 statement, via Us Weekly.
'The Hills' Stars Reunite In Malibu
Montag and Pratt met during the filming of MTV's The Hills, and tied the knot during the show's fifth season. The couple went on to star in several reality shows, including I'm A Celebrity.. Get Me Out Of Here!, Famous Food, Celebrity Big Brother and Celebrity Wife Swap.
While filming Celebrity Wife Swap earlier this year, Montag's longing for children was at an all-time high. After switching lives with Olympic swimmer Amanda Beard, who had two young children, Montag said her desire to become a mother was "solidified." Pratt, on the other hand, wasn't sold on the idea and informed Montag he wanted to wait 10 years before starting a family.
"This is probably the most divided in our opinions we've ever been," Montag explained of their differing views. "I feel like it's time. I'm ready and it's exciting, but for (Spencer), I think it's kind of scary and unknown."
Also joining the series are Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino, of Jersey Shore, and Aviva Drescher, of The Real Housewives of New York City.
Marriage Boot Camp premieres in early 2015.
