In a sneak peek at the second season of her Lifetime reality series, True Tori, Spelling is seen telling the cameras she could be pregnant with husband Dean McDermott's fifth child.

"The clip shows Spelling fighting with McDermott, breaking down in tears, and asking to see a photo of the woman with whom her husband cheated," Gossip Cop reported on Oct. 1. "Spelling also drops the bombshell that she may be pregnant with their fifth child!"

Spelling and McDermott have been married since May 7, 2006, and have four children together, Liam Aaron, born March 13, 2007, Stella Doreen, born June 9, 2008, Hattie Margaret, born Oct. 10, 2011, and Finn Davey, born Aug. 30, 2012.

In Dec. 2013, Spelling and McDermott enduring a highly-publicized cheating scandal after a woman named Emily Goodhand claimed to have slept with the actor in Canada earlier that month.

After learning the devastating news of her husband's betrayal, Spelling signed a deal with Lifetime to chronicle their journey in the months following the affair. 

On season one of the show, fans watched as McDermott went to rehab in hopes of getting past his "personal issues." Throughout his time in rehab, Spelling relied on her friends for support.

Although Spelling intended to make a decision about her marriage at the end of the year, she and McDermott are still working through their issues and recently began filming on the series' second season.

True Tori returns to Lifetime for a season two on Oct. 21 at 9 p.m.
