Teresa And Joe Giudice Are Selling Their New Jersey Mansion
As he and wife Teresa face sentencing on a separate case, the Real Housewives of New Jersey husband has received a second October court date, where he will face charges, claiming he applied for a driver's license using false documentation.
"[Joe]’s charges in state court stem from allegations that he presented his brother’s marriage and birth certificates to the Motor Vehicle Commission in Paterson in 2010 to get a driver’s license, at a time when his license was suspended because of a drunk-driving conviction," North Jersey reported on Sept. 22, noting Joe was due back in court on Oct. 15.

Joe and Teresa will also be in court on Oct. 2. At this time, the couple will be sentenced for crimes of fraud committed throughout the last several years. Joe is facing 47 months behind bars, while Teresa is facing 27 months.
Three days after the couple's sentencing, the Real Housewives of New Jersey season six reunion is scheduled to film. However, according to a Radar Online report, Joe wants nothing to do with the event -- unless Bravo is willing to give him a salary increase.
"Being fully aware that Bravo needs both he and Teresa to appear on the reunion, Joe is demanding that he get $30,000,” a source told Radar on Sept. 23. “If Bravo doesn’t want to pay him as much, he just won’t be there.”
The Real Housewives of New Jersey airs on Sunday nights at 8 p.m. on Bravo.
