During a recent trip to Florida to visit her step-sister, Amber Lowell, the pregnant Teen Mom star shared a photo of herself, which included her growing belly.

"Mee and my sista #Auntie @amberlowell_,” Lowell captioned the photo of herself in red, with Amber at her side. In the photo, according to a Sept. 9 report by Us Weekly, Lowell's step-sister cradled her soon-to-be niece.

Lowell and her fiance, Tyler Baltierra, who appears alongside her on Teen Mom, announced their second pregnancy last month, revealing they were four months along and expecting a daughter.

In 2009, Lowell and Baltierra appeared on MTV's 16 & Pregnant, Teen Mom's mother series. On their episode, fans watched as the couple chose adoption for their first daughter, Carly, now 5. It was an emotional journey, but at the end of the day, it was the best thing they could have done for their daughter.

These days, Lowell and Baltierra are in a much better place, both in their relationship and in their finances, and are thrilled to be welcoming a second child into the world.

Lowell's baby girl is due in mid-January.

A short time after the birth, Lowell, Baltierra and the rest of the Teen Mom cast, including Maci Bookout, Gary Shirley and Amber Portwood, will return to MTV for a fifth season.

"The original Teen Moms are coming back! MTV stars Maci Bookout, Catelynn Lowell, and Amber Portwood — who appeared on the first iteration of Teen Mom in 2009 — are returning for a new season in 2015," Us Weekly reported on Aug. 13.
