Luckily, the Real Housewives of Orange County star has no intensions of letting her on-again, off-again boyfriend crash at her place for free. Instead, Gunvalson is planning to charge him rent.

"Absolutely, and he would have a lease agreement, absolutely," Gunvalson explained to Andy Cohen during the Real Housewives of Orange County: Secrets Revealed episode on Monday night, according to a Sept. 9 report by Radar Online.

For several seasons now, Gunvalson and Ayers have shared their ups and downs with fans. When Gunvalson introduced her man to her co-stars, many doubted their potential for a successful relationship. Others questioned Ayers' intensions - including Gunvalson's own daughter, Briana Culberson.

Despite her co-stars' concerns, Gunvalson and Ayers appear to be beating the odds and are currently together.

Still, Ayers doesn't always come off as a great match.

Following Gunvalson's proclamation she'd charge him rent, Ayers gave a detailed explanation of the possible lease agreement, claming he'd "have some stake in the house."

"Six months down the road, there's a value on the house, and if I move in, stuff moving forward... three or four years down the road, she sells it... I'm not throwing away rent here," he explained.

Ayers' comments quickly prompted a response from fellow housewife Heather Dubrow, who advised Gunvalson to have a financial agreement in place before moving in with Ayers.

"Oh hello, do you think I wouldn't?" Gunvalson asked, in response. "What do you think I do for a living? Finances!"
