Stevie J claims his wife, Joseline Hernandez, was not high on crack cocaine during the recent filming of Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta's season three reunion special.

According to Stevie, Joseline did not use crack prior to the July 2014 taping of the special -- and he's planning to sue the co-stars who have stated otherwise.

"Stevie claims his co-star, Althea Eaton, made up the story about Joseline smoking crack cocaine before attacking her last month at the reunion show," TMZ reported on Aug. 28.

Currently, Althea is suing Joseline for assaulting her during the Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta season three reunion, but Stevie insists it was Althea, along with her fiance, Benzino, who started the fight in the first place. Stevie told TMZ that Althea's lawsuit was her attempt to hide the fact Benzino hit Joseline during filming.

Stevie and Joseline have lawyered up and are planning to countersue Althea and Benzino because "no grown man should hit a woman."

In response to Stevie's claims, Benzino told TMZ, "It's clear that him and his w***e jumped off the couch and attacked us and whatever happened from there was merely self-defense."

Reports of Joseline's alleged drug use first hit the web earlier this week.

On Aug. 27, TMZ shared a report regarding Althea's lawsuit. In the suit, it was reported, Althea claimed Joseline punched her in the face and dragged her to the ground, "hitting and scratching her for good measure."

Althea also claimed eyewitnesses observed Joseline smoking crack cocaine out of a pipe backstage at the show.
