Justin Bieber Robbery: Singer Under Investigation After Dave & Buster's Outing With Selena Gomez

Justin Bieber is being accused of attempted robbery after reportedly lunging at a man.

During a night out with on-again girlfriend, Gomez, on Monday, Aug. 25, Bieber allegedly tried to snatch a cell phone out of the hand of a man, who was trying to catch footage of the high-profile couple.

"Justin and Selena Gomez were at Dave & Buster's Monday night when a fan started taking cell phone pics and video of the two," TMZ reported on Aug. 26. "Law enforcement sources say ... Justin lunged at the guy ... in an attempt to take his cell phone and presumably erase the pics and video."

Since rekindling their romance for the umpteenth time, Bieber and Gomez have been spotted together frequently throughout Los Angeles. In addition to their trip to Dave & Buster's on Monday, the pair was also photographed at church recently.

According to TMZ's report, Bieber's bodyguards held him back from making any substantial contact with the man, but unfortunately for Bieber, the man wants to press charges against him, claiming he attempted to rob him.

Law enforcement named the possible crimes against Bieber were attempted battery, attempted theft and attempted robbery.

Since Bieber is currently on probation (which was the result of his alleged egging of his former neighbor's home), one would hope he'd be on his best behavior at all times. After all, if he violates his probation, he will likely be thrown behind bars.

Bieber was also required to take anger management classes as part of his sentencing in the egging case.
