Kendra Wilkinson is physically ill over her husband's alleged infidelities.
One month after reports first surfaced, claiming Hank Baskett had engaged in a sexual relationship with a transsexual, Wilkinson has reportedly become unable to produce milk.
"It's affecting her milk production and, quite simply, breaking her heart," a friend of the new mom told PEOPLE Magazine on July 25.
In May 2014, just weeks before the news of Baskett's reported affair hit the web, Wilkinson welcomed her second child, Alijah Mary Baskett, who joined the couple's 4-year-old son, Hank. Then, in mid-June, Radar Online reported that Baskett cheated on Wilkinson while she was 8-months pregnant. Ever since, the couple has been nearly in hiding, appearing in public only a handful of times, Wilkinson without her wedding ring and Baskett with his.
Following the reports, Wilkinson's ex-boyfriend, Hugh Hefner, reached out to her, in hopes of helping her through her heartache.
"She said that Hef has offered to help in any way he can but has been urging her to try and work it out, as he knows how hard divorce can be on the kids," the source explained. "But that if she is going to leave, to do it now while the kids are young enough not to remember life any other way."
Earlier this week, it was reported that Wilkinson and Baskett's marriage troubles would be seen on the upcoming third season of WEtv's Kendra On Top.
"Hank and Kendra are fully engaged in the show," the source revealed to PEOPLE. "People who want to see the two of them will definitely see the two of them. The cameras have been rolling. Viewers will get to see everything."
Kendra On Top season three will premiere this fall on WEtv.
