Earlier this week, Barney appeared on an episode of Watch What Happens Live, where she appeared to be looking a bit different in the face. While Barney wouldn't reveal what exactly she had changed, a surgeon is speaking out in a new interview, giving his expert opinion on what the Real Housewives of Orange County star may have done.

“It looks Like Tamra has had her cheeks augmented, most likely with a liquid volumizer or filler,” Dr. Norman Rowe, who has not treated Barney, told Radar Online on July 17. “Not only do her cheeks appear fuller, but her nasolabial crease (wrinkle on either side of the nose) is diminished. This is a sign of a filler having been used."

In the past, Barney has been open with the fact that she's had breast implants (which she later got removed) and tried Botox, but for some reason, when it came to admitting her most recent procedure(s), Barney was less candid.

During her Watch What Happens Live appearance, host Andy Cohen questioned her about the look, but all Barney would say was that she "maybe" had "a little bit" of work done.

"Also her upper eyelids appear to have a deeper inset," Dr. Rowe continued. "I believe she has had an upper blepharoplasty (eyelid lift). This involves removing skin and fat from the upper eyelid to produce a more rejuvenated appearance.”
