Camille Grammer has filed a lawsuit against her former boyfriend.
Nearly one year after Dimitri Charalambopoulos was said to have assaulted the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star in her Dallas hotel room, Grammer has filed a lawsuit, claiming her ex-boyfriend once attempted to shove a hot dog down her throat.
"Camille says Dimitri is a drunk and once during a trip to Hawaii he was doing so many shots she asked him to stop. She says he reacted by shoving a hot dog in her mouth and commenting how much she enjoyed having hot dogs crammed down her throat," TMZ reported on July 14 of the suit.
In Oct. 2013, Grammer went public with allegations against Charalambopoulos, claiming he assaulted her, leaving her badly bruised and bloody, and destroying her phone. In photos taken after the reported assault, Grammer's face was seen swollen and pieces of her hair had been ripped out. However, when it came time to present her evidence in court, Charalambopoulos was found not guilty and in the days following the judgement, he filed a lawsuit against her, claiming she fabricated the assault.
Also in her lawsuit, Grammer claimed Charalambopoulos visited her in the hospital while she was still on medication and put a ring on her finger. While she thought it was a cute gesture at first, she later discovered the ring had a plastic penis on it -- and she had been wearing it in front of hospital staff and her other visitors.
Grammer is requesting an undisclosed amount for her suffering.
