Joanna Krupa reportedly threatened a Texas Tech cheerleader for posting photos of animals she killed online.
According to a new report, the Real Housewives of Miami star allegedly posted a message on Instagram, in which she spoke of her desire to fly to Africa and "shoot" Kendall Jones.
"A 19-year-old Texas Tech cheerleader says she's received DEATH THREATS over her penchant for hunting exotic animals ... and one of the harassers is [Krupa]," TMZ reported on July 4.
Jones, a college sophomore, made headlines earlier this week when photos emerged of her showing off some of the many animals she's killed, including lions, elephants and leopards. Following the online publication of her photos, Jones' father claims she began receiving death threats.
In the reported threat made by Krupa, she had written, "This b***h Kendall Jones killed this beautiful creature so she post a selfie! That lion is an endangered species .. breaks my f**king [heart] not to mention he had a family .. I wish I can fly to Africa and shoot her ugly a**."
Although Jones was taken aback by the harsh comments, she says she has not gone to police because she's in Texas, and "feels safe here." She also said that despite the backlash, she will to continue to hunt.
While some would deem her actions inhumane, Jones said it is "essential for population control and conservation efforts" to hunt in Africa, and insisted that none of the animals she killed were endangered.
Krupa's alleged Instagram post has since been removed.
