Kyle Richards recently weighed in on Lisa Vanderpump’s return to The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.
Recently, after months of speculation, Vanderpump confirmed that she would be coming back to the show for its fifth season and now, her longtime friend, Richards, is speaking out.
“”It will be good,” Richards told E! News at the Julius Jr. Toy Launch Party in West Hollywood on June 24. “I’m glad she’s coming back. We’re friends.”
When Richards and Vanderpump first began their journey with The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills in 2010, they were extremely close. However, as the years passed, their relationship evolved and during season three, fans saw a major fallout in their friendship. Then, during season four, things became even more strained as Richards grew close to Brandi Glanville and openly discussed allegations of Vanderpump having manipulated her and other cast members.

Also during season four, Richards and Vanderpump found themselves in the middle of a feud involving Glanville. Early on in the show’s fourth season, Glanville brought up rumors, which claimed Richards’ husband, Mauricio Umansky, had been unfaithful, stating that Vanderpump suggested she do so. Glanville even alleged that Vanderpump had encouraged her to bring the tabloid that featured the story.
Throughout the season, Vanderpump denied ever trying to hurt Richards and after filming wrapped, the pair was able to repair their relationship.
Most recently, Richards and Vanderpump enjoyed a double date with their husbands, Umansky and Ken Todd, at Vanderpump’s new restaurant P.U.M.P.
